A yogi since 2013, April is a certified Vinyasa, Hatha, Aerial, and Paddleboard Yoga instructor. She began her Pilates practice in 2017, and received her Mat Pilates training in 2018.

On the mat, April likes to explore more intuitive ways of moving and flowing, allowing for the space to find what works for your body and your practice. She seeks to empower her students to personalize their practice – to listen to their body and to adapt, experiment, and allow themselves to play and have fun, finding what serves them best in the moment.

Abby is a certified yoga teacher and tarot reader. Her style of teaching is approachable, accessible, and a whole lot of fun, making fitness both an encouraging and mindful activity for all levels.

She teaches to give back to the practice that saved her life and many others’, and to create safe spaces for students to fully own their breath, their pace, and their movement.

Anne began her yoga journey in 2015 with Anti-Gravity Yoga, drawn to its playful and exploratory nature. Over time, she discovered a deeper connection to mat practice, where breath and movement became a constant companion in her everyday life. Since then, she has practiced consistently, allowing yoga to shape not only her body, but her perspective.

As a wife and mother, Anne understands the importance of caring for oneself while caring for others. She believes yoga is key to building a strong, healthy foundation — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Her teaching is warm and relatable, encouraging students to move with awareness, breathe with intention, and create space for balance both on and off the mat.

Cha was introduced to yoga through a Physical Education class in college. As a student athlete, her primary focus then was on her Taekwondo training, while also engaging in other sports like Football, Muay Thai and Surfing. It was only after a decade when she was reintroduced to yoga as a fitness regimen, trying out Vinyasa and Ashtanga.

On February 2015, Cha completed a 200HR Hot Vinyasa Teacher Training course in Beyond Yoga under the instructions of Roanna Santos and Al Galang. On April 2016, she furthered her knowledge and practice by completing a 200HR Ashtanga Vinyasa Teacher Training course in AV108 Yoga School under Jovan Nikolic.

In 2018, Cha went to Mysore, India to study under Sharath Jois at the Krishna Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute (KPJAYI). She continues to learn from her teacher Mozart Reina (KPJAYI Authorized Level 2) thru Ashtanga Intensives and assisting in his classes.

Des is a wife, mother and yoga teacher. She left her 15 year corporate career to pursue her dream of teaching yoga after falling in love with the practice and its physical, mental and emotional benefits.

Des been teaching and sharing the blessings of yoga since 2015 and practicing for almost 12 years now.

After all this time she’s still encouraged to teach as she wants to impart all that is good about yoga to practitioners.

Glency is a passionate yoga teacher who has been enjoying this practice for more than a decade. 

Her classes are often being described as fun and exhilarating; A fusion of intense and energizing. Glency’s Vinyasa Classes is for anyone who’s up for a challenging yet satisfying practice. Her practical approach on asanas and yoga philosophy works in keeping students anchored and present. Her clear, relatable instructions, combined with her good natured ways, will leave you feeling relaxed and balanced at the end of the class.  

Glency hopes to share the joy of yoga and guide more people through transforming themselves and finding meaning in their own practice. 

Teacher/ Doc Jenn as she is fondly called by her patients and fellow yoga practitioners, has always considered herself a “Forever a student of the craft” in the discipline that is yoga. Teacher Jenn began her journey in yoga as a way to attain a deeper level of self-discipline, and has since translated her passion for the practice into inspiration and motivation not only on the mat, but more so in all aspects of her life. Passion turned discipline is something that Teacher Jen firmly believes in and carries out as she continues to explore and practices the following forms of yoga: Ashtanga, Aerial Yoga, Partner Yoga, and Acro Yoga. As a teacher, she holds classes in Basic and Intermediate Yoga, as well as Gentle Flow. Isla is a professional musician with a classical background and graduated from the UP College of Music, majoring in Trombone. He is currently a member of the Trombone section of the Manila Philharmonic Orchestra and many various bands. Through his musical journey, he has always practiced meditation and felt its benefits mentally, emotionally and physically.
Also a Reiki practitioner, Isla has integrated his love for music, energy healing and meditation, and co-founded V432 Wellness. He went to Nepal to complete a Tibetan Singing Bowl Therapy and Sound Healing Course under Grand Master Shree Krishna Shahi in the Kathmandu Center for Healing under their Instruction & Healing arts program in March 2019.

KQ is a student of Ashtanga Paramaguru Sharath Jois and Authorized Teacher Mozart Reina of the Krishna Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute (KPJAYI), now Sharath Yoga Center (SYC), in Mysore, India.

She learned Ashtanga Yoga in 2007, and in 2012 started teaching the system. In 2017, KQ established Ashtanga Yoga QC, a center dedicated to teaching the Ashtanga Yoga method as taught in Mysore, India. AYQC’s Ashtanga Mysore program is currently housed at The Yoga Shala Manila.


Teacher Lex is a Reiki Master-Teacher, Meditation Teacher, Angel Lightworker, & Esoteric Practitioner.

A seasoned Healer with a decade of experience, Lex’s approach to health and wellness focuses on responsible practice of multi-dimensional modalities to facilitate holistic personal and spiritual transformation.

Lex served under the Esoteric Society of the Philippines, for which he is now a consultant, offering psychic and paranormal resolution to affected communities in the Philippines. He is a certified Reiki Master-Teacher and Meditation Teacher. He teaches several classes as founder of Wounded Healer PH, including Reiki, Meditation, Psychism, Angelology, Magick, and Lightwork. He is also a teacher of Ascension Consciousness as a member of Reiki Wellness, Inc.

Lex is a seasoned Vipassana meditator with a tradition that goes back to Gautama the Buddha. He is also a certified Psychological First-Aid provider, and has taken courses in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Wu-style Tai Chi Chuan, and Trauma, Art & Spirituality. He is an artist and cultural worker by profession, with an ongoing MA in Art Studies, and works closely to develop emerging artists, as curator of Curare Art Space.

A yoga practitioner since 2012, Mallet was a Corporate Health & Wellness Officer for an Australian BPO company before becoming a full time yoga teacher.

He has been working with groups and individuals teaching in a variety of settings – within studios, gyms, corporate organizations, and online classes. Mallet also offers yoga classes in in Decathlon Philippines as one of the Yoga Ambassadors, as his way of giving back to the community. 

He completed his 300 hours of Vinyasa Teacher Training with Clayton Horton and Anna Carbonel, and continues to deepen his understanding of the body not only through practice but continuous participation in various retreats and workshops. He recently completed training on Yoga for the Elderly and co-facilitated a Yoga Wellness Retreat.

Mylene has been a dedicated yoga practitioner since 2012. After more than a decade of consistent practice, she felt called to deepen her understanding and step into the role of teacher. For Mylene, yoga was never just movement — it became a steady anchor through the demands of business and daily life.

A businesswoman by profession and a yoga teacher by heart, she believes that yoga is a sustainable path to both physical vitality and mental clarity. Her classes reflect the discipline, focus, and balance she cultivates in her own life — grounded, intentional, and supportive. Mylene hopes to share the same sense of steadiness and well-being that yoga has given her.

 An advocate of movement, wellness, yoga, and meditation, Paulo has been imparting his knowledge and experience to students since 2004. He co-founded Yoga for Life, a community of HIV advocates empowering people living with HIV and fellow advocates through the practice of yoga. 

With practice and teaching experience spanning to 2 decades, Paulo can skillfully handle a group of students needing different levels of attention and adjustments. Whether you have an injury, new to the practice, getting back to the practice, experienced, his classes are always fun and accessible. 

Sheila discovered the art and practice of yoga at a particularly tempestuous time during her early 30s — in a studio that was run by an exceptionally articulate teacher and guide to the practice. Since 2017, when she received her yoga teaching certification, she has been striving to pass on the same gift she received from her first yoga teacher in her own way.

Sheila is certified to teach the dynamic practice of vinyasa yoga as well as the slow-paced yin yoga. In her classes, poses are broken down in detail as music plays in the background.

She continuously immerses herself with learning and experiencing other healing modalities such as Vipassana meditation, Reiki energy healing, plant medicine, and shamanism.

She loves keeping an active lifestyle through running and cycling. She expresses her art through writing.

Tonette is a Sound Healer, Reiki Master-Teacher, Certified Yoga and Meditation Teacher, a professional Food Stylist, and is currently a Mindfulness College Instructor in Lyceum of the Philippines.
She graduated from the UP College of Music majoring in percussion and married her passion for music and mindfulness to pioneer novel forms of therapeutic music.

She co-founded V432 Wellness and took a Tibetan Singing Bowl Therapy and Sound Healing Course under Grand Master Shree Krishna Shah in the Kathmandu Center for Healing under their Instruction & Healing arts program in March 2019.

A long time student of yoga, Wil has been teaching asana classes in studios, community centers, private homes and gyms since 2015. Wil believes that yoga asana is a very personal practice that is as difficult or easy as one wants it to be. Students can expect to have multiple asana options ranging from very easy to challenging-making the practice ‘one’s own’ and accessible.
